Swindlers

A farce by

Chris Anthony Ferrer

Swindlers, is a hilariously edgy, modern day mash-up of heist and whodunit. When two burglars break into a millionaire's estate, a simple snatch and grab job turns into a wildly hysterical circus of events just to get out of there alive! But not before they find the $300 million diamond. It's hidden somewhere in the house, but, the problem is, so is the killer.

Swindlers had it’s World Premiere at Aurora Theatre in Lawrenceville, GA, May 19, 2022 - June 05, 2022.

This is a riotous trip into insanity land, that is sure to do well; and as we say in show biz, it certainly has legs.
— Robert Heller, Atlanta Arts Scene
I don’t want to give too much away, but would like to say this is a Speakeysie HIGHLY RECOMMENDED show!! It’s a straight play in one act that will tickle your funny bone and provide a laugh-out-loud good time!!
— Jody Tuso-Key, Speakeysie: Entertainment Review and Promotion
It’s safe to say that with its high body count, a musical number, a killer animal and more, Aurora’s new play is unlike anything else on local stages now. It all comes fast and furious, and the packed house I was at seemed to eat up every moment.
— Jim Farmer, ARTS ATL
It’s like Tarantino wrote Dirty Rotten Scoundrels while watching Weekend at Bernie’s with Elon Musk. Which, hopefully, you’ll know is all a compliment.
— Jeff Talbott, Playwright, The Submission
